AI Integration Depth

AI integration with your existing platforms, named publicly

Most AI integration work hides its approach behind a sales call. We map ours up front. Epic FHIR. Clio API. Yardi feeds. NetSuite REST. Guidewire APIs. iManage Universal API. QuickBooks. AppFolio webhooks. We document the auth model, the rate limits, the gotchas. So the next firm doesn't pay tuition to learn them.

We make your existing platforms AI-ready without ripping out the legacy systems you already paid for.

When to talk to us

  • You have AI models or LLMs in your stack but they can't see the real data sitting in Epic, Clio, Yardi, Guidewire, NetSuite, or QuickBooks.
  • You tried to build an integration in-house and ran into rate limits, auth quirks, or data model mismatches.
  • You want a Cursor MCP or Claude Desktop MCP server for one of your platforms (Model Context Protocol), so your IDE or AI assistant can query it directly.
  • You're rebuilding a workflow that needs to read from multiple platforms at once. Epic plus claims plus billing. Clio plus iManage plus Westlaw.
  • You want a vendor-neutral RAG layer over your platforms instead of locking into one vendor's "AI for [platform]" product.

Platforms we build integrations for

Healthcare: Epic (FHIR R4, App Orchard, OAuth 2.0 SMART-on-FHIR), Cerner (Oracle Health), athenahealth, Meditech, AdvancedMD. Plus the scribe layer: Nuance DAX, Abridge, Suki, Ambience.

Legal: Clio (Pulse SDK), iManage (Universal API), NetDocuments (ndOffice), Westlaw, Lexis+ with Protégé, Relativity.

Accounting: NetSuite (SuiteScript and RESTlets), QuickBooks Online (IPP), Xero, CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Drake, FloQast, DataSnipper.

Insurance: Guidewire (Predict + Cloud Platform), Duck Creek (On Demand + REST APIs), BriteCore, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, ACORD form standards.

Real estate: Yardi (Voyager + Breeze + RentCafe), AppFolio, MRI Software, Salesforce Agentforce, Follow Up Boss, MLS RESO RETS feeds.

Horizontal: Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, GitHub.

What you get

Three project tiers plus an ongoing retainer.

Single platform integration ($15,000 to $40,000, 3 to 5 weeks)

Connect one of your platforms to a language model with proper auth, error handling, and observability.

What's included:

  • Auth setup (OAuth, SAML, API keys, BAA where required).
  • Data extraction layer (FHIR endpoints, SuiteScript hooks, webhooks, polling, etc.).
  • RAG layer over the platform's data (embedded, retrievable, citation-traced).
  • Up to 5 query patterns documented and tested.
  • Sandbox testing and parity check vs production.
  • Code in your repo, runs in your environment.

Multi-platform integration ($40,000 to $100,000, 6 to 10 weeks)

For agents or workflows that need data from 2 to 3 platforms at the same time. Example: Epic plus claims platform plus scheduling for a prior-auth workflow. Clio plus iManage plus Westlaw for a matter intake workflow.

Everything in Single platform, plus:

  • 2 to 3 platforms integrated with shared RAG layer.
  • Cross-platform data reconciliation. The same patient might be ID'd differently in Epic vs claims. We model this explicitly.
  • Unified observability across all platforms.
  • Up to 12 query patterns documented and tested.
  • 4 weeks of post-launch tuning.

Custom MCP server build ($20,000 to $60,000, 4 to 8 weeks)

For organizations that want to expose their internal platform to AI assistants (Claude Desktop, Cursor, custom agents) via the Model Context Protocol.

What's included:

  • MCP server implementation per Anthropic's published spec.
  • Auth and permission scoping per user.
  • Tool definitions and resource templates for your platform's primary use cases.
  • Security review (prompt injection defense, output validation, rate limiting per caller).
  • Open-source or private deployment (your choice).
  • Documentation: how to use, how to extend, how to operate.

Ongoing integration retainer ($1,500 to $4,000 per month)

For projects that have shipped. Keeps integrations alive as vendors change.

What's included:

  • Vendor change tracking. When Epic deprecates a FHIR endpoint, when NetSuite changes auth, when Clio updates Pulse SDK.
  • Same-week response when an integration breaks.
  • Up to 3 hours of integration tuning per month.
  • 1-hour quarterly architecture review.

Payment terms

50 percent on contract signing. 25 percent at midpoint. 25 percent on acceptance. INR pricing on request for India-based clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between AI Integration Depth and AI Agents and Workflow Automation?+
Integration Depth is the wiring. We connect your existing platforms (Epic, Clio, Yardi, etc.) to a language model so AI can read and write to them. AI Agents and Workflow Automation builds on top of that. Full workflows where the agent makes decisions and takes actions. Many engagements include both. Start with Integration Depth if you have a team that will build workflows on top once the integration is solid. Start with Agents if you want us to build the workflows end to end.
Do you offer MCP servers off the shelf?+
Not pre-built and sold as products. We build MCP servers for your specific platform configuration (which Epic version, which NetSuite tenant, which Clio setup). A standard setup is closer to 4 weeks. With customizations, 6 to 8 weeks. Some of our MCP server builds become open-source after delivery, with your permission.
We tried Epic FHIR integration in-house and gave up. What changes with you?+
The two most common reasons in-house Epic integrations fail. (1) The auth flow has more edge cases than the docs show. OAuth 2.0 SMART-on-FHIR has 6 grant flows; only 3 are commonly documented. (2) The rate limits aren't fully published, so teams hit them in production and assume the integration is broken. These quirks are publicly documented, so we design around them from the start. The same applies to Clio's Pulse SDK, Guidewire's APIs, and NetSuite's SuiteScript.
What if the platform we use isn't on your list?+
We'll evaluate during the discovery call. Most B2B platforms with a public API can be integrated. If it's a closed system with no API (some legacy desktop software), we might still find a path through screen-scraping, watch folders, or RPA. But the engagement is scoped differently and priced higher.
How do you handle it when our vendor updates their API?+
We track vendor changelogs for the platforms we integrate with. The retainer covers same-week response when something breaks. If a vendor deprecates a major endpoint with a forced migration deadline, we adjust the integration before the deadline. Without a retainer, vendor changes are your responsibility. Most integrations rot in 6 to 18 months without active maintenance.
Why use MCP instead of a custom API wrapper?+
MCP is becoming the standard way AI assistants connect to external tools. Claude Desktop, Cursor, and many enterprise AI tools support it natively. Building an MCP server means any of these tools can use your platform without a custom integration. Custom API wrappers lock you into one tool. MCP gives you the option to switch later. For simple internal-only use, a custom wrapper might still be the right choice. We pick based on your actual needs.
