AI Sales and CX: Voice AI, AI SDR, Chatbots

We design and integrate voice AI, AI SDR stacks, and support chatbots for B2B sales and CX teams, then tune the output until it reads like a real person wrote it. The goal is a lower SDR cost per meeting without losing reply rates or cutting headcount.

AI Sales and CX: Voice AI, AI SDR, Chatbots

Modern AI-augmented sales and customer experience

SDR economics have gotten harder for many B2B teams over the last few years. Prospect inboxes fill up with templated outbound, reply rates drift down, and cost per meeting drifts up. Voice AI, AI SDR stacks (research data plus AI personalization plus multi-channel sequencing, in the style of tools like Clay), and customer support chatbots are now a standard part of the GTM stack for growth-stage teams.

The real work is picking the right stack for your sales motion, wiring it into your CRM, and making sure the output reads like a sharp, busy person wrote it. That is not what most vendors ship by default. On every setup project, the first 200 outbound messages go through a human review queue before any campaign runs on autopilot.

When to engage us

  • You are a B2B SaaS company with sales-led GTM and an SDR cost per meeting that is climbing.
  • You tried one AI SDR tool, got mediocre reply rates, and are not sure whether the problem is the tool or the implementation.
  • You run a customer support team with high volume, repetitive Tier 1 tickets, and want intelligent triage plus deflection without breaking the experience.
  • You are evaluating voice AI for outbound or inbound calls and want a vendor-neutral architecture call before you sign anything.
  • Your sales motion is high-ticket (above $25K ACV) and you need AI that helps reps close more rather than replacing reps entirely.

Frequently Asked Questions

My last AI SDR tool was a disaster. What's different here?+
The difference is personalization built from public research signals, not the templated "[FirstName], saw your post about [Industry]" swap-ins most AI SDR vendors ship by default. We pull an actual detail from a prospect's last LinkedIn post or a recent product launch, then write it in your brand voice so it reads like a person did the research. Prospects can tell the difference between a real sentence about their business and a mail-merge field. That difference is most of the reason templated outbound gets ignored.
How much can I expect to save versus a human SDR team?+
Compare our pricing directly against your own fully loaded SDR cost, which includes base salary, benefits, management overhead, and tooling, not just take-home pay. There is no reliable public figure for what an "average" SDR team costs, so we will not invent one here. What you can verify is our own pricing: the setup project and retainer figures in the tables above are the actual numbers you would compare against. Work out your fully loaded SDR spend from your own payroll and stack it against those figures. That is the only comparison that means anything for your business.
Will the prospects know it is AI?+
Designed correctly, no. Designed wrong, which is a common failure pattern with off-the-shelf AI SDR tools, yes, and reply rates suffer for it. The biggest tell of bad AI outbound is a generic "we noticed you work in [vertical]" opener. Good AI outbound reads like a sharp, busy human wrote it, because it is built from a real detail about the prospect instead of a swapped-in field.
What about voice AI? Is it ready for outbound calls?+
Voice AI for outbound cold calling is still borderline. Reply rates and brand risk are real concerns, and we say so plainly rather than selling around it. Voice AI for inbound, qualifying inbound leads, scheduling demos, and handling Tier 1 support is a more settled use case. We usually recommend starting voice AI on inbound and adding outbound only if your own data shows the metrics and brand fit justify it.
Can I bring my own tools? I am already paying for Clay and Outreach.+
Yes. We are vendor-neutral, so if your existing stack works, we tune it instead of replacing it. Where a piece of the stack is weak, we swap it out selectively. We do not push a single vendor relationship, because the goal is a stack that fits your motion, not ours.
